GrowMode was built on more than a decade of sales, commercial banking, and leadership experience. Logan grew up around a family business that's been running 25+ years, so he understands how real companies actually operate.
As an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at PNC Bank covering the Florida Gulf Coast, and a District Business Banker at U.S. Bank in Greater Cincinnati, he sat across the table from owners of the exact businesses GrowMode builds for. Before banking, he was a General Manager at LA Fitness, building sales teams and processes from the ground up.

What separates the companies that last is simple: caring enough to see the details through. If your website is slow, your message is off, or your phone isn't ringing, it bothers me until it's fixed. That's the only way I know how to do this.

Since 2018, Logan has been ISSA certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist and has coached 80+ personal clients, which is why GrowMode Fitness is a real division with real credentials behind it.
